Step by step instructions to Boil Bengla boots Just 30 Minutes .Bengal gram is generally called dim chick-pea, dull gram, yellow gram or chestnut gram. This is the boots from which chana dal and besan (chickpea flour) are made. Bengal gram is greatly rich in proteins. • 200 gm. Bengal gram, washed and drenched for 2-3 hours or overnight

• 2 tsp. coriander powder

• 1/4 tsp. bean stew powder (change as per taste)

• 1 level tsp. turmeric powder

• 2 level tsp. salt (to taste)

• 400 gm. holder of tinned tomatoes (or 200 gm. new tomatoes, severed). You can moreover incorporate around 2 tsp. of tomato purée to this

• 1/4 tsp. home made Garam Masala

• An unassuming cluster of separated coriander takes off.
